Dan Reynolds, PhD will discuss Michael Behe’s most recent book, Darwin Devolves.
Behe, the well-known author of Darwin’s Black Box and originator of the concept “irreducible complexity,” demonstrates how microevolution can be adaptive yet deleterious to the information in the genome. So, while it is true that random mutations and natural selection can lead to adaptation, they do so at the expense of genetic information, just the opposite of what macroevolution requires. Don’t miss it!
